Ebay is only allowing Priority choices on label printing and buyer paid for regular ground shipping! Called and told it was a glitch. 3 days so far and I can not ship package!! Get it fixed! I'm not paying $60 for Priority when buyer paid $12 for ground!!!!!!

You can't print/buy "retail ground" on ebay (or anywhere else)......has to be bought at the PO.  And there are restrictions on it.......  you need to read those

You should be able to print Parcel Select which is the on line equivalent, the price will be different.

just a heads up.......remove all retail ground options in your listings,  the price of retail, as of this last postal change  because they are now applying dim to Parcel Select but not to retail, can be significantly less than Parcel select......so you will lose $$ on the shipping.

Ebay is only showing priority choices right now. Not even parcel select.. I called they said it's a system glitch that they are aware of. I have successfully shipped USPS ground through Ebay many times in the past few months no issues this glitch just showed up it also happened once before about a year ago. Thanks for the info

You aren't understanding the issue here.   USPS shipping has changed.

You offered USPS Retail Ground on your item.  Retail Ground can only be purchased at the Post office.  eBay does offer Parcel Select Ground, which is NOT the same.   In June USPS changed how it applies dimensional weight to Parcel Select, Priority and Retail Ground.   If you did not update your listings correctly the buyer will be charged a different rate than you.

You CAN offer Retail Ground and it will be cheaper for some shipments, but you have to pay attention to the restrictions put in place by USPS and purchase the label at the Post office.
