Shipping labels opening multiple PDFs and a print window

Not a real big issue ..just annoying..recently when I print shipping labels ,it opens 2 pdfs AND the print window box, as well as a message saying to click here to prevent a new window from opening..which I have to do every time. I have no idea whats changed to make this happen. Is this something ebay did? or possibly a Mozilla update or windows update? or Adobe? its just annoying

Another ebay glitch, not too bad for single labels, but print in bulk and you get double labels.  The other problem is the Custom Label printing on the label no longer works.  All this started when they fixed the locked PDF file problem.  They never test fixes, resulting in just more problems.

Well they just fixed the Custom Label problem, so hopefully the duplicate PDF files will get fixed next.  Just keep using the feedback button after you print the label to remind them.

yep- cause calling doesn't help a bit. Lady was convinced I just needed to reboot my computer. LOL
