I ship around (15) packages per day and yesterday I had no issues with the labels.

Today when I print my labels, instead of the normal two labels per page setup, it throws the label into the upper left hand corner of the page and it is vertical instead of horizontal like it should normally be.

I use Google Chrome and tried it with Chrome and with Firefox, same result.

I tried re-printing some old labels that I know worked yesterday, but when I tried to reprint they didnt work today.

This is a issue with eBay. All users are not affected. I have 3 accounts, 1 account the issue is just Fedex, UPS labels, 1 account has no issue and the other only has USPS label issues. The labels are coming out very small to the left side. I put a ticket in this morning. Anyone who is having a issue please call or chat with eBay to let them know so they can fix it quicker. It's a huge inconvenience.

Appears ebay is sending users with this problem the 4"x6" label format meant for thermal label printers and this is what is causing the vertical label. And why changing the orientation only affects the printer page and not the label image.

Next time you create a label, look for the label format at the lower right by click on Show More. Even if it is correct, click on CHANGE and try switching between the half sheet laser/inkjet format and the 4"x6" format, each time using the preview button to see if this shows you a sample in each of the two different formats correctly. This will help further narrow down the problem.

Good suggestion. Unfortunately does not fix my issue. Day three of having label problems is not fun 😞

Can anyone who experienced this issue, confirm it is working properly for them?

Please, I am losing my mind and need to know what to do or who to talk to to fix this.

@friscoflippers Most other threads on this problem are reporting things are working normally. Although some did have to reset things and use Adobe. However, some had to call ebay, as it would appear the problem can also relate to just an individual account.

This is going on a month now and I am STILL having issues. I have changed my browser to Chrome..no help. I have gone through the systems dialog twice and it will work. Very frustrating.

I did update and it didn't work. I can eventually get my label to print correctly but I have to go through the printing process changing preferences twice. It is crazy.
