I ship around (15) packages per day and yesterday I had no issues with the labels.
Today when I print my labels, instead of the normal two labels per page setup, it throws the label into the upper left hand corner of the page and it is vertical instead of horizontal like it should normally be.
I use Google Chrome and tried it with Chrome and with Firefox, same result.
I tried re-printing some old labels that I know worked yesterday, but when I tried to reprint they didnt work today.

It's not happening everywhere (mine printed fine), but I've seen other posts today. You're not crazy.

It appears to be the eBay system. We are experiencing this as well regardless of computer, operating system or browser. We also do not print from the browser, all labels are downloaded and printed through a local application. They are selected as the proper 8" x 11" on the shipping page but download as 4" x 6" vertical or whatever that setting is. Major inconvenience.

On the good side I am getting quite a few orders today, on the other end to get a label to print correctly is a Nightmare! Mine wants to print Full Page (9X11) 2 different browsers, the whole thing, just aggravation. I have to copy and resize, just so it can fit my packages. I would say something to eBay but that is pointless as (in the past) they will blame me (Their consumer) or the Post Office. I give up.

So what do we do? This is obviously a problem for several of us.
I printed a UPS label and it cuts off the right edge, and they wouldnt accept it because of this.
Is my only choice to use a snipping tool to copy the label image and then paste it into a word doc and then print it that way?

I am experiencing this same issue.

I had the same thing, label wants to cover whole sheet instead of 2 labels for each sheet. Plus it is in the vertical mode, not the horizonal mode.

Make sure your browser is opening PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
Make sure the ebay label format is set to the half sheet label.
If needed, click on "Print using system dialog" at the bottom. On this Adobe screen you should see the proper size label outline uploaded from your printer preferences and be able to adjust the label to fit properly. If not, post a screen shot of this page.

Looking at your screen shot, your browser is using its built in reader, change this to use Adobe, then you can change the orientation.

Thanks for the info. But I have this computer, this setup, this browser and this printer since June 2020 with no issues. The label issues started today and I have not made any changes to my settings and I only I use this computer. So I am still confused as to what has happened to make th is change.

Post a screen shot of your label preview page.

It is not a browser print format or print plug-in issue, it is an eBay system issue. The system is generating vertical 4" x 6" labels with heavy top-left alignment and virtually no border regardless of print setting on the eBay shipping page. The system is what generates the underlying dimensions of the file, the browser plugins or local apps can then alter topical dimension as it relates to the printed page, not the format of the actual label. And yes, one can download these and spend time in an editor and make them correct, but that is unacceptable.
We appear to have just figured out a work around. We have set the labels to print with the instructions most of us have turned off. This forces the label to generate back as the proper horizontal 8" x 11" size, two labels per sheet. This is the format for using the 5126 labels. We are separating the page in two (Avery's are perforated) and just feeding the printer half-sheets. So far so good this morning.

Post a screen shot of your Adobe label preview. Or if you want to test this, don't print the label, but save it to a PDF file, then manually open the file with Adobe and try to print it.
I have tried this label format on Chrome, FIrefox, and Edge, and when the settings are correct and Adobe is used it prints correctly as it always did. If this was ebay system wide glitch nobody would be able to print the label correctly.
