I am assuming that I have to have the broken item sent back to me or
hope the buyer does all the pictures. UPS is pretty specific about all

I did update and it didn't work. I can eventually get my label to print
correctly but I have to go through the printing process changing
preferences twice. It is crazy.
This is going on a month now and I am STILL having issues. I have
changed my browser to Chrome..no help. I have gone through the systems
dialog twice and it will work. Very frustrating.
