The shipping calculator shows discounted amounts for USPS 1 lb standard size package as 6.66 6.40 6.09, however the rate on the create label page is almost $2 more. I've checked another discounted shipping page and the rate for this type of package is the $2 more now. The USPS parameters must have changed, you need to fix this.

Yeah, it's messed up the way it's programmed. There's a different rate for a 13-15.999 oz package, a 1 lb package, and a 1 lb 1 oz (up to 1 lb 15.999 oz) package.
But eBay shipping calc shows the same 15.999 oz rate for both the 15.999 oz package and the 1 lb package.

eBay postage not too long ego would price mail at the 15.999 oz rate if you entered 1 lb as the weight. Now it calculates pricing at the 1 lb rate.
eBay calculations for listed items were still using the 15.999 oz rate for items listed at exactly 1 lb (instead of the 15.999oz rate ie 12 oz to 15.999oz rate). 🙄
So start using 15 oz instead of 1 lb if your package is just under 1 lb (ie 15 to 15.999 oz)

Yeah, that's the distinction. The label page charges actual cost for 1lb. But the calculator (both stand alone and what's integrated into listings to determine charges to buyers) shows the 15.999 oz rate. So sellers get shorted when using calc shipping on a package that is exactly 1 lb.
That stupid .001 oz - I have no idea why USPS created an entirely separate rate for it.
