I use the rate tables a lot, but recently I noticed that I can't edit
the regions area anymore... i.e. if I want to take a certain state from
one region pricing and move it to another, I can no longer delete the
state from it's existing location.

This problem happened at the end of last month, and then was magically
"fixed" a week or so later. Once again, I can't post an ad using ebay's
own international shipping program, I have to delete it in order to post
any ad.
As of 2-25-22 2pm MST, my ebay car part ads can no longer be created
using the ebay international shipping option. I must have missed the
memo, or this is a glitch?! Ebay CS zero help. Sorry Australian
customers, not my rule.
We have 3 hung up in transit going to different parts of the US, and of
course eBay allows the buyers to open cases when we the sellers have NO
CONTROL over how fast the shippers do their job. EBay really needs to

I haven't been able to create an ad using eBay international without
getting an error message for 2 months. I'm not the only one, and ebay
doesn't seem to have an answer to the problem or seem too concerned.
It's not on shipping to a specific country, I can't create an ad with
the ebay international option on it any ad now. Morning ads were fine, 2
hours later it wouldn't work.
