I am waking up this morning to heavy items selling with free shipping, previously listed with a shipping rate table ... the shipping rate tables have become "unchecked" and editing the listing is not correcting the problem.
There is no way to "check" a shipping rate table.

We are having the same issue here. All previously listed items went free shipping. And while trying to list new items we are unable to apply our shipping rate tables and the same with updating existing listings. After reviewing and saving changes 'Use a rate table' box will uncheck.

Can you get this reported to the tech team, please. This is impacting a lot of listings ... this is yet another eBay software error where the costs for the mistake are being borne by sellers.

Upon further inspection, this may be an editing issue ..... seems to be happening with the advanced listing tool for listings that were edited on or about 8/18. I cannot tell if this is impacting new listings, because I have a listing created on 8/19 that properly shows the rate table.
As it is, however, we are not able to edit listings to "check" a rate table.

(Just thought I would put another name in here to see if we can get someone working to correct this problem).
It is also being reported in this thread:

Same issue here. I imagine this will take a long time to resolve and when resolved it will probably break something else. Disappointing but expected.

I hope you all are refreshed from your week in Las Vegas ... now, could someone please get some attention onto this latest software pothole so that domestic shipping rate tables are working again?
It has been nearly two weeks since it was first reported ... multiple threads, stories in the low-end media, facebook, etc.
Thanks so much.

Hi @orangehound - thanks for getting us aware of this issue. It's currently being worked on as a technical issue.
I can get impacted members added to the open ticket if you will get me the following pieces of information:
- Seller ID
- An affected item ID
- The name of the rate table chosen.
Tagging @seductivedreamz, @compeve_corp and @mz.pkgman who reported the same issue happening to them.

Yes I am having the same issue, I first noticed it last week but I'm not sure exactly when it started

I did report on this thread that I am having the same issue, but it was removed because I duplicated it in another group/thread, and it was against the rules to post the same thing twice.
But I have major concerns that the Rate Table will uncheck, and you can't get it back. I have had several heavy items sell to territories where my rate table would apply, and now I have to absorb a loss because the Rate Table will not stay checked in any listing I have.
* If I revise a listing for any reason, the Rate Table will uncheck.
* If I create a new listing, whether from an existing template or from scratch, the Rate Table will not stay checked.
I have already spoken to a CS rep and have a technical report reference number EWAPP44974832.
Let me know if you need anything else. Thank you for your help!

Thanks for responding.
For me: username=orangehound, ID=132329510374, table=all of them, but if you need a specific one you can use "4lb: Zone 1-4 (free), 5-6 (4.95), 7-9 (9.95)"
Just to be clear, the problem is with the Advanced Listing Tool not "saving" that we have checked one of the Shipping Rate Tables ... upon save, the Shipping Rate Table is "unchecked" and shipping is then just defaulted to whatever is in the Services box.

Experiencing same issue for almost a month now, on phone no one can solve it. Affected listings 80 (which would be crazy to mention all listings number ID here), issue is affecting only fixed price listings for custom international shipping table rates (all customs table rates, not only one in particular), just not pulling the info after selecting when updating nor in new listings. Please fix this ASAP as it impacting huge.
Also, since forever there’s no option to delete already created shipping table rates and only way to add a new one after reaching your max of tables to create is by editing a previous one. Please fix that and add the possibility to delete previous table rates created.
And and when editing a table rate there’s no option to select or deselect all cities in a country or region which is time consuming to flag 1 by 1 when you have more than 30 cities per region, please add that function as well.

Thank you for this information @orangehound! I've gotten your account added to the ticket and hope to see this get corrected quickly.
@house-to-home-designs Thanks for getting me that information! That report number is helpful and will let me check to make sure that it got to the right team.
@frambesavoir - Thanks for letting me know you were impacted by this technical issue as well. If you'll get me the data I requested of the other posters here I can get you added to the tech report. Thanks!
