Shipping Rate Table Not Working

Hello!

I have been on ebay for a few months now. I made a shipping rate table where the shipping cost is $0.00, and it has been working correctly, showing that my items have free shipping.

Recently I made a new one, where the shipping cost is $2.50, but it still says that shipping is free.

 Any ideas?

did you use flat rate shipping? if not, do so to see if it works.

Hello! Thank you for the response.

I am using flat rate shipping. I'm from outside US.

For domestic shipping, I have selected "Flat: same cost to all buyers". And Economy Shipping from outside US with a cost of $2.50.

For international shipping, I also have a flat rate with a shipping rate table where the cost is $2.50 for everywhere.

Right now, under "My eBay Active" it says buyer pays $2.50, but upon actually searching for the item, it says "shipping not specified".

I checked two of your listings and they only showed that you ship to the US. SO shipping to Finland is not specified.

Does it show you the shipping cost? Inspecting the items myself, the ones that have 0 dollar shipping say "Free Shipping", but the few ones where the cost is $2.50, it says nothing.
