When creating a new listing, or revising a current listing on PC (Google Chrome) the drop down menu in the shipping section is not allowing us to choose between our existing shipping policies and just displaying the current shipping policy.

Thanks kyle@ebay !
In the meantime, methods I'm using in case this helps other sellers until the problem is fixed:
For active listings, revise through bulk edit since that's working.
For new listings, sell similar from my existing listings that already have the shipping/returns/payment policies I want to use.
If I didn't already have listings set up with the policies I wanted to use, I'd create drafts and save for tomorrow then make edits before publishing.
If I felt I needed to get listings up today, I'd go ahead and list, then immediately revise with the bulk editor. Takes listings a few min to index anyway, so there's not too much risk with this method.

I am calling it quits for the day but noticed trying to use the bulk listing format to fix the shipping cost fields somehow all of the information in the item specifics was deleted - they were all blank. I was afraid if I hit save it would save the empty item specific fields. These fields were filled in before I started the bulk listing tool.
When I exited by backing out of bulk listing without saving and went back into my specific listings the specifics are still there.
I hope this makes sense.
