Shipping Policies Not Updating Properly Cant Tell Which listings are using them...

Shipping Policies Are Not Updating Properly - after re-assigning listings says 0 listings being used by policy but if I try and delete or modify the policy I cant because it says there are currently listings using the policy. Since it shows 0 I also dont have the usual option to view which listings are using the policy so I have no way to re-assign those listings to a different policy. If I search on the listing page for "shipping policy is equal to______" it shows 0 results even after I refresh the search so I cant tell which listings are still using the old policies that I want to delete. Please check out the screen shots below - I have used business policies for years so its not that I am doing something wrong - its definitely a glitch.

you can see above i dont have the usual option to "change policy for these listings" since it shows 0 listings are using it. The screenshot below shows the error i get if i try to delete this policy however which says it is actually being used by some listings afterall.

Below is the error log which shows there was at least one listing which did not get reassigned even though it now shows 0 listings using this policy.

Hey @mystic.mana.crystals

Since you've been using biz policies for a while, I'm sure you're aware of the system lag that happens with registering changes like listings assigned to new policies. So assuming you gave it 24 hours and tried again to delete the policy with no luck, we'll put that aside and assume it's not the issue.

Which leads me to your 4th screenshot. Did you click "download" on the right to see what it shows you? Could be that the policy is tied to a template or scheduled listing as opposed to an active listing. The download report should provide that info.

Let me know if any of this helps or if you're still stuck.
