Shipping Options Just Disappeared?

Just tried to create a listing from my computer like always and when I went to indicate the weight/dimensions my shipping options disappeared along with weight/dimensions? Any idea what's up?

My shipping options and payment options disappeared Saturday 10/19/25. I was given a ticket number. I was told it would be fixed by today but I have heard nothing from eBay. I had to put my store on time away because my shipping policies are all wrong. Please Help.

Same issue here.  It's 10/22/2025 and the issue is not fixed.

It just happened to me too....and it deleted all the shipping options on my other drafts - only shows the one I picked, with no price.

I havent had the problem before today - October 22nd.

Customer service was trying to tell me that I have to pick a shipping option from the pop up box that makes you create a shipping policy for each item - I told her no prices show up, so how am I supposed to pick which one I want?  

then she said they were having problems....but all these complaints about it are from September - its now October - are you all still broken?

Hi:  if you are still haviung problems, I had a customer service rep last night that figured out why my shipping options didn't show with prices.  

When ebay did their roll-out of new stuff, they changed my status to a business account.  Rep told me to go to my 'hi name' in upper left side, pick account settings, business policies....and right under the tool bar there's a red notice to 'opt out'.  Fixed everything.  So, ebay update switched sellers to business accounts.

The other thing that happened with the ebay update was they changed my packing slip to INCLUDE my 'custom label (SKU) to show on the packing slip.  Fortunately I noticed it before too many went out.   

Hope this helps anybody still experiencing the poor programming outcomes. 🙁

I ran into this issue as well. For me it only occurs with newly created templates. I can still list using my old templates or by using eBay's generic template, which is tedious as you have to add every detail. Another option, that works for me, is to look at your active listings. Choose one that is similar to the item you want to list. Where you would normally click to edit your listing is a colon with a drop down menu. Click on that and then select "Sell Similar Item". It will bring up that items template. Yes, you will have to change a few details, but the shipping info will be there. Good luck.
