Shipping Options Just Disappeared?

Just tried to create a listing from my computer like always and when I went to indicate the weight/dimensions my shipping options disappeared along with weight/dimensions? Any idea what's up?

My PC is having the same problem BUT I can list with the shipping/ etc. on the cell phone app.  That is really strange.  So I have been listing on my PC - then go on the cell phone and revise and add the shipping information.  Today is my only day to list so had to try to find a "work around"  -- this is working for me..

I'm having the same issue. Any suggestions yet for a fix to this? There's no way I'm letting eBay decide what the shipping costs/weight/size are. I also "heard" in a google search that I may have something to do with "high Value" listings (over $500.00) and the type of listing format we choose???

Whew! So I'm not crazy. Spent way too long thinking it was on my end. I hadn't done any listings in a while and thought it was just hidden somehow. Ebay really needs to spend a couple bucks on UI testing before releasing updates - cheaper that all of us and then some not listing, selling, generating revenue.

Mine is the same.  So I created the listing on my laptop, and then revised the listing on my phone on the app to fix the shipping weight.  A pain.  But a work around until it's fixed.

I see shipping options in the drop down but no place to add weight. I tried using sell similar and found all my listing with calculated shipping have no weight amounts and no place to add it.

I did have the new simple ship option on a flat rate item and I get weight options on free ship but I am not using free ship for these heavy calculated items. DARN eBay, fix it.

Same. They KNOW it's an issue, whether it was done on purpose or not. Why aren't they notifying anyone as to what is going on. I am at stalemate here, cannot list a single item I had set to put up today. Very frustrating to say the least! I was just getting back to selling again. This is gonna hurt them badly in the long run.

Interestingly enough, My Ebay page has also changed, and my profile pic reverted back to the one I used three months ago.

Hey @csbbct! The Product team is aware of this and are currently working on a fix. They will roll it our ASAP once they have a resolution.

same, twice today and never before in three years--what the heck--and it's giving me the red emergency banner that shipping weight is blank ugh

Same here, tried multiple browsers and OS.   Glad to here they are working on it.
