This happening to anyone else?? I usually have a sale or two a day, or
at the very least, every couple days. Now not one sale in over a week.

What is going on with best offer? Why isn't it pay immediately anymore?
Is there a setting I can change for this. I really hate it. I'm thinking

I'm having the same issue. But you can enter the shipping info on the
app. So I did my listing on my laptop, listed the item, then revised it
on the app on my phone to fix the shipping. A pain, but at least it's a
work around until it's fixed.

provide payment method before offering. But I don't like this thing
that's happening now. If I accept the offer, some of the time, it
doesn't make the payment right away, and the item...
