Cannot contact seller following a purchase, and seller cannot contact me. Same problem across different browsers and the app, and has been going on for weeks. Can see the dialogue box to make contact and "send copy to email" tick box, but after clicking send, see a small blue "i" and message is not received by seller. Likewise I have found subsequently that the seller cannot contact me, either. Only way to open a conversation is to state that item has not arrived, and then the seller can contact me and the conversation can start. However, if I then close "item not received" I lose the conversation again, and cannot reopen it because as far as Ebay is concerend, the problem was resolved and cannot be reopened. Makes purchasing very difficult particularly for items that need to be collected.
