For some of us the system is generating vertical 4" x 6" labels with heavy top-left alignment and virtually no border regardless of print setting on the eBay shipping page. This is a huge inconvenience.
We appear to have just figured out a work around. We have set the labels to print with the instructions most of us have turned off (this setting is in the same location as the dimension settings). This forces the label to generate back as the proper horizontal 8" x 11" size, two labels per sheet. This is the format for using the 5126 labels. We are separating the page in two (Avery's are perforated) and just feeding the printer half-sheets. So far so good this morning.

Recheck that the ebay label format is still set to the half sheet PDF label, and not the vertical 4"x6" label printer format.
Also make sure the label is opening with Adobe and not your browser's built in reader.
I have checked this using Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, and it prints correctly for me.

Hi, found your suggestion after all of a sudden my label printing went nuts, i.e. .... it's printing full 81/2 x 11 labels rather than the ultra-convenient Avery half page labels its been printing for " years ". Looked all over the place for where this issue may have originated from.... nada !!! Called eBay on the issue, the " Help " was of course no help !! So, where do I go to rest the eBay label format to half page PDF???? HELP... have no clue. Thanks.
Cheers,
Jurgen

"We have set the labels to print with the instructions most of us have turned off (this setting is in the same location as the dimension settings)"
no clue what this means. where? what?
it'd sure be nice if ebay would fire the high school kids & hire some professionals to maintain the website.

I think I am having the same issue, printing vertical instead of horizontal and only one label per page, also so tight to the edge of the paper, the left side line is gone as well as the first digits in my return address, HELP!

Ebay is looking into this now. Try the old workaround from last year. Use the Bulk Shipping tool, even if printing only a single label. Let us know if it works for you.

I've been having same issues with labels wanting to print 8x11, even though I've have everything set up for 4x6. I've check everything from software updates to ebay and printer settings. Yes, I also cleared my cache. I'm glad I'm not the only one having this issue.
Unfortunately, bulk printing doesn't work for me as it still prints horizontally.
However, if you want to print one at a time (workaround), you have to create label first. Then return to seller hub page, click on orders at tab ontop. Once there open drop down menu, and click on shipping labels. This will direct you to the items that you created a shipping label for and then under actions (for item you want a ship label), drop down menu to reprint label and print. It will print vertically.
HOWEVER, this works if you only have a FEW orders. For those of us that need to print labels in bulk then it becomes TIME CONSUMING. I hope they can fix this soon.

@ezmonsterdeals This is an old thread, so you may have to start a new one. Also your problem is a bit different, the original issue has been fixed.
Now for your problem, if you have the ebay label format set to 4x6, are you printing on a 4x6 label printer?
What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?
Is the label preview opening in Adobe?
Does the preview look correct?
Are any of the labels international or an ebay standard envelope label?
