Inaccurate Inventory Subtraction

I am having a issue with inventory remaining after a sale. The latest issue was a listing where I had 3 available, a buyer bought 2 and the listing now shows 0 available. Obviously 3-2 =1. This is not happening all the time with every listing but happens enough that I have to check every listing now to ensure that items for sale are still showing as available. The worst case I have saw so far is have 13 packs of batteries for sale, sell 1 pack and the quantity remaining drops to 0. This happened 3-4 times straight on one listing, then the next 3-4 sales subtracted correctly.

Has anyone else noticed this issue? I do not use a 3rd party inventory/listing service, only entering a quantity available in the correct box when making a listing.

Is there a way to open a ticket with Ebay when this happens? It appears to be a random issue, which is the hardest if all issues to track down.

TIA for any insight/suggestions/solutions.

Inaccurate Inventory Subtraction

any suggestions? No one has replied? This is a ongoing issue that will cause me to leave ebay. I am having to review all my listings (50+) 3x a week. Simply unacceptable.  And the ask a mentor with a reply in? is  a joke, there seems to be no mentors.

I use the inventory option on my other selling account and haven't really seen a problem and I often update quantities from the seller hub page so would notice something off.  In the past, if I remember there was some issues when a listing would relist, but I think that was fixed.

If you have specific examples you might try contacting ebay below where the reps will look into it and respond.

Thank you. The issue is ongoing, just corrected two more items. It is habit to now verify Qty available when I sell something and more often than not correct the OH Qty.  Thank you for the links.
