Today, 3/15/2021, I was only able to print one shipping label per page from the bulk shipping screen. In the past I have always been able to print 2 labels per page. I did not change any settings on my desktop. Anyone have a solution?

Something is definitely screwed up as of this morning. All my single-label sheets are now 90 degrees off and in the middle of the page. I use two-label sticker sheets so this doesn't work for me. I didn't change anything either. No suggestions so far.

Mine have been screwed up all day as well. Both UPS and USPS "ebay standard envelope" are printing rotated 90 degrees like the previous poster mentioned, but for me, they are printing in the far upper left corner of the page, and as such, my printer margins cut off the edges of the text on the label. Instead of just printing them normally, I'm having to save the PDFs, open in Acrobat, and play with print settings for every one of them. Can we get them back the way they were before today, please?

Don't worry, you're not seeing things,the same thing happened when I tried to print bulk shipping labels today. Even though it said it would print two labels to a page, it ended up printing one giant label per page, I voided the labels and tried to print them again, I switched the orientation to landscape, which helped reduce the size so it would fit on half a page,it is a bigger label then normal and fits into a 5 1/2x8 1/2still only prints one label per page however

That was my best solution, hoping ebay will fix this soon. Get it right ebay

Here is a work around that I found after a lot of struggling and "choice words" until they get this fixed:

1. From label screen, choose "Download Label"

2. Choose "Open with Adobe Reader"

3. Hit the Print Icon Button

4. From the Printer Pop-up, Select "Multiple" button, pages per sheet = 2, and page order = "vertical reversed"

(Orientation should be "portrait")

This has been working for me. Make sure you close out the PDF window after printing so you don't get them mixed up and print the same label twice when shipping your next item.

thank you for posting this. Had this exact problem yesterday. Today,I tried to ship and it keeps saying the page isn't found. very frustrated right now.
