I have tried to have eBay call me as you can no longer call them and each time I got an email saying that they tried to call me - my phone number is totally correct and this has happened to me each time I have tried to have them call me?

It is possible that your phone service provider is blocking the calls as spam.

HI and first I thank you - in all the years I have been on eBay this is the first time I ever tried asking for help like this.  No, it is not my phone thinking it is a spam call - I have no idea what it is.  We had a major snowstorm here in Wyoming and we had no mail, all was closed and I was trying to find out how to handle all as if you do not ship on time, eBay faults you - I had not even thought of trying on social media and that is one good idea.  Thank you
