From early April to May 6, some of my shipped orders (23) show up on my "Manage orders awaiting shipment" page. Although they were marked as shipped on time and are individually marked as "shipped" with the shipping date, they are not cleared from my list of orders to be shipped. They show up as overdue to be shipped and it is adversely affecting my ratings.
There were more orders than this affected but I spent about an hour over several days, clicking "shipped" over and over (and over!) again until a few went through.
Ironically, over a third of these have received positive feedback, some stating how quickly they were shipped...
Customer support has been a complete nightmare. They do not understand the issue even after sending screen shots. In fact they don't even address what my issue is.
If someone out there could please over some assistance I will be forever grateful. Of course the main issue is how to get Ebay to recognize that this was a glitch on their end and to clear the overdues affecting my ratings. Anyone else with this problem? If so, what did you do?

There are several issues like this, I am not 100% sure which of these you have coming up I'll list the issues and solutions I use:
- Indicating items as shipped: lots of difficulties here. Trying to indicate items as shipped does not work if you tick the box next to the order in the awaiting shipment list and then use the dropdown menu to indicate one or more as shipped. Either you enter a tracking number or if sending untracked you have to indicate the order as shipped individually from the menu you use to print the packing slip and so.
- Delivered items showing on the list: I find that items sent registered show up on the awaiting shipment list once they have been delivered. No reason why though. Do not try and indicate these as shipped again, simply archive them. They show on you overdue shipping list but I have not had the impression that this adversely affects your seller rating. I have dozens of these showing daily so I would probably notice it fast.
Last but not least, invoices with issues or cases also seem to show up again on the awaiting shipment list. Check these to see if there is a problem, if there is no problem just archive them.
Personal advice: don't bother with customer service, they are worthless at best and will get you no where. Besides that, ebay is full of glitches, I could write a book on it by now, you can report them and hope for the best but otherwise learn to live with them or better, find a way around them.
