Shipped and awaiting your feedback filter not working properly

Is anybody else having problems with the "shipped and awaiting your feedback" filter in the Seller Hub?

For the past 3 days or so this filter has been displaying transactions that already have feedback. Also, I noticed that when I leave feedback the little pencil with the star remains gray.
