Am I the only seller with horrendous help & contact experiences with eBay's customer service? I have tried to report multiple interactions I have had with their customer service representatives and can not find a forum or place to do so. Any suggestions?

eBay has arranged their site so that most problems here can be handled without any interaction with any live CS reps.
Can you tell us more about the issues you've had?

@silkroad36 This platform outsources their customer service reps, so there is no one to complain to. They are following a script and have limited access to accounts. If you truly want good advice your best bet is to post on this forum, which is comprised of very experienced sellers and buyers. You will receive many good suggestions then take the ones that relate best to you and resolve your issue. Best of luck to you....

You can also use social media to contact customer service reps who are trained and can access your account.
