Shipped Item won't drop off Awaiting Shipment List

Technical issue to report

Amidst all the shipping label issues going on right now, I was able to print labels intermittently for my orders. I got 6 orders shipped, and this is one of them.

Label was purchased through eBay, the system acknowledges shipped, but it continues to show on my "Awaiting Shipment" page in Orders & continues to show up in my Bulk Shipping Tool.

I know there is a lot going on with shipping labels right now, here is another issue with the shipping tool...

Yep, I see this pretty much every day on one of my accounts. Occasionally on the other.

Is there a new tech ticket kyle@ebay since this one is marked closed Oct 19 even though the issue has persisted and many of us saw no reprieve after Oct 19?

Members shipped item is still showing as Awaiting shipment (March 25, 2023 - October 19th, 2023)

We were posting at the same time. This issue has persisted since the Spring. I see multiple posts every week about it.

Hey @wastingtime101 I don't see an alert specifically for this issue anymore on my end either.  So if you and @ajs_coins_and_alchemy are still seeing orders under "awaiting shipment" that have already shipped, I'd encourage you to continue reporting these instances to our CS teams.

I signed out and signed back in and it is gone......for now.......

Mark as unshipped,

Then mark as shipped

Mine went away after that,

You might want to copy the Tracking number

just in case you need to re-add it,

but I didn't need too
