Ship your order should allow for adding a payment method including paypal account & linked bank

eBay, please enable the ability to add payment methods to shipping - when I go to ship an item as a seller, it allows me two options today:

1. Pay using pending payout

2. Pay with your saved Paypal Account

Neither of these options work - $0 balance on the account because money has been transferred and my paypal account does not work for some reason it just says "We were not able to take the payment". I called customer service to update this paypal account to something relevant. You have disabled this functionality to update it and you have also disabled the ability to see what the "saved paypal" account actually is. If I knew what this account was, I would be able to go in and update the payment method in PayPal itself. 

This functionality or there lack of is beyond frustrating and your migration away from PayPal has just been downright awful.

Please allow us the ability to update payment method for paying for a shipping label.

Im having the exact same problem. It is INFURIATING. How can a company as large and wealthy as eBay not know that we need to be able to pay for and print our labels as usual. This is ridiculous. I have over 30 items to ship out today and am FUMING.
