Over the last week, I have had 3 different customer reach out to me asking if my product is available. I only have fixed price auctions. When they choose to buy the products, it just redirects them to the home screen instead of taking them to the cart. So far they are on different items. The customers have even tested it with several items and they have mixed results where only one auction would do it. I cannot replicate the issue.

You sold 3 on the 28th; so doubtful that is happening (maybe a scammer trying to get you to sell outside ebay?)

Ask those users if they are using the app or a browser and which version. If a browser: mobile, classic or desktop?
Suggest they try another browser or another browser mode to make the purchase.
