Mine is not working either. Can't access sales record and record item cost. Going through the links as suggested above does not work either. Anybody can help? Called ebay and hopefully they will get to me.
I have not been paid for 16 sales since april 27 and no help. do I close my store down as no $ in account to ship constant sales postage due... will ebay correct this or am I out all my sold items money for a whole week? they don't seem to understand what I am telling them. what do I do?
help just wants to talk about me not being paid by customer... I am not being paid by ebay. and now they have charged my store to my fvfs that should of gone to my credit card on file... really messed up mess... and sold items piling up in my store I can not ship out til managed payments finds my sold profits they handle.
