Attention Ebay
Over the weekend i became aware of a very serious glitch in the Listing and revise item program which is still going on.
When i list New items i go through the "sell Similer " program and just change the relevent information. Unfortunately as i discovered too late This program does NOT update the selling price on fixed price items
In other words if I have an item at $20 and use the "sell Similer r " for another item, and change the price to $90 , The item Lists as $20 NOT the new price. This is not a one off, it happened on every single single item and it is the same on the revise item, sometimes I have to go through the revision process 2 or 3 times to get the new price to stick
I have tried every tweak possible and nothing works. I can eventually get the new price in, but there is definately a serious error here. Please note I have been on ebay for 20 years and have 6000 items in my store . I know exactly what i am doing and this seems to be a new issue I just noticed friday Unfortunately too late as an expensive item I missed sold immediately for 1/3 of the price it should have been posted at
ebay please give this your most serious attention as it makes the listing process increadibly difficult , as i sometimes have to go into the same item 2,3 or even 4 times to get the correct price to stick
