Sending offers to buyers major lag time and blackouts

This all started recently. I keep track of my items that get watchers ,and up till about a week and half ago I when I got a watcher on an item I would be able to send an offer within 5 minutes. Now when I get a watcher it doesn't show that I am able to send an offer to a buyer for sometimes up to 24 hours but the norm now is about 6 hours, if it shows at all. I know some buyers have it turned off to receive offers but this is EVERY single watcher now. Also the able to send offer only comes in 2 two hour spans, 8-10 am and then again at 5-7pm. It's not a coincidence since this all started at the same time and it's ALWAYS the exact same time periods. Sounds like a server issue but I'm not sure. I'm just tired of it. Too many tech issues for 2024 already.

I know. I have had similar issues as well but today everything seems to be having issues. (crowdstrike/microsoft)

I wouldn't be too concerned. Most offers are never accepted anyway because they are just nosey sellers trying to see what yours sells for or career watchers(like people Watchers in the park) that also have no intention to buy.

I've gotten a lot of sales from offers

 Used to be say half sent got sold but it's much less now.
