Have been trying for over 2 hours. Called Ebay - the moron service person first couldn't find me on the account - that's a first in 5 years. Then they claim there is a technical issue on the account and try again in 3 hours. Really Ebay?? I can only hope the buyer got the checkout notice and pays without use sending an invoice.
Customer service claims technical dept will look into it- I have had a hard time believing anything is going to get fixed. Already cleared all cache, etc. Nothing has changed.
Anyone else having this problem ? Otherwise everything else seems to be working fine. And I was able to send invoices early in the am .

I believe that there are at least a couple of different links for sending invoices; one through seller hub, and another through your old "sold" page. If one is not working, try the other.

We've tried in the manage Orders awaiting payment - this sends the error. So does Manage all orders.
Where else is it possible to send an invoice?
nothing is working ....

Also tried in Sold and clicked "Send invoice". Still get this error. Hope it's fixed tomorrow.

It might be worth posting on the Selling board, which is much more widely read than the Technical Issues board. If other sellers have run into the same problem, someone may have an alternate link or another suggestion worth trying.

I get the same message all the time. It's definitely their (eBay's) problem. And extremely annoying! I end up contacting the buyer to let them know.
