I have had 3 Buyers that were confused after Purchasing an item that I had send an offer for.
They were pressed to buy the same item again (even if there wasn't any available) and to pay.
The buyers were sometimes so confused that I had to cancel the order and made the item available again to buy (with the same lower price that I had offered).
-"Help I don't know if I cancelled this order..it had 2 on my site asking for payment so I cancelled one but hope I didn't cancel the other one .. sorry for the confusion..I accepted your offer and want to honor payment, please"
-"I’m sorry, but did I just pay for the wrong item? I went I my cart and payed but now I show one paid and one waiting for payment."

Seems like a glitch. Help Anybody? Where do I post this so someone can do something about it?
