What happens when you try to reply?
Try another browser, or try contacting the user through their feedback or profile page. If this is about a transaction that is more than sixty days old, use the "not about an item" choice rather than entering the expired item number.

I'm having the same issue. It looks like you have sent a reply & the reply is in the sent box but the sellers do not receive the message. I have had this with two out of two sellers over the last couple of days. The items are not over 60 days old & it happens whether on the app or through the Web browser.
