Selling limit...eBay is broken :(

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. We use a listing software and have been trying variation listings and some new things to utilize the software. We noticed about a week ago that eBay is showing that we are almost at our maximum limit for sales. The numbers are way off. We have contacted eBay several times, and yep, you guessed it, we just get the run around and basic blah, blah, blah email responses. They did raise our limit, but the dollars just kept going up even though we have only made a few sales. Luckily the new month is right around the corner, but what will we do if this happens again? The eBay system is incorrectly calculating our sales and there is no tech support! Does anyone know who to contact to fix issues like this?

No we have had this problem for over 4 weeks  Ebay does not seem to care.  We call every day and no one is doing anything about it.  We have 3 sites where this is a problem. Haven't been able to list for over a month.

Ours started in August and did not  correct when Sept rolled around.  Maybe Oct or Nov or Dec will work.

I have been having the same issue, Its been a month, I haven't created any new listings and its showing i have 20 times what i had listed last month (then only about 10 times the amount 2 days ago so its changing randomly)  with no change in sales or volume in my listings? I've counted my variations and amounts times the price and my listing amount is correct my the monthly limit is way off. the amount that's showing I have never been aloud to list so i have no idea how it got like that.

I've contacted eBay countless times and still no fix or help with fixing the issue just keep getting told it will be fixed in 48-72 hours, been waiting a month, no call backs or even emails to say what the issue is.

eBay Does Not Care.  Then there are the eBay shills here who will ALWAYS DEFEND eBay policies, regardless of how insipid they are. 

You are in business and must find channels who support the needs of your business.
