Selling Questions not in Message Center

My Selling - Overview page shows that I have questions from bidders but they are not in my Message Center. Happened several times over the last few days.

I have this issue as well.  I have a message in my Selling Overview, an offer to buy the item outside of eBay, that is not in my message center.  My guess is the message got flagged and suppressed and/or removed before I read it, but the Selling Overview still has it for some reason.  Clicking on 'Reply' does not make it go away.
