Why my selling preference not show up?

My guess is that it’s because you are located in Sri Lanka.  Many of us who answer questions on these boards have noticed a sudden sharp increase recently in posts from users located in Sri Lanka.  This has been of concern to us, as users located in Sri Lanka cannot sell on eBay; anyone located in your country cannot accept PayPal (PayPal can only be used to buy items from Sri Lanka, it cannot be accepted as payment), but sellers on eBay have to be able to accept PayPal.

If you’ve received advice from someone in your country to use an address outside of your country to take PayPal payments, that’s very bad advice; if PayPal finds out, they will shut down the account and you won’t receive any of the payments for anything you tried to sell.

To answer your question,  I  have no idea since you are in Sri Lanka. I'm sorry. 

But, maybe you can help all of us here in the  USA understand the way you and others from Sri Lanka are getting paid.  I would like, personally,  to understand so that there is no more questions about your integrity selling here on eBay.
