Sellers photos disappear

Sellers photos disappear when item is selected. Can't view item, no " buy now"  option. Uninstalled app, re-installed, this made no difference!

What operating system version number are you using? What version of the eBay app?

Are you able to view items and bid or buy if you use a browser instead of the app?

My photos have been vanishing for several days now, it's an ebay glitch that has been going on for years here and there. Never ends.

Same issue here, item jumps to product description immediately so no ability to buy item. Only happens on android app, access via net ok. Uninstalled app and reinstalled but issue persists. Can't buy anything eBay!!

Are you using Android version 7? Lots of folks using that version seem to be having problems with the eBay app. Not sure about other versions, but it is working for me using Android 11.

Can you believe it! I never thought of using eBay via a browser!! I'm so daft!! This seems to be fine, can see photos from seller etc, option to buy us visible, although haven't actually tried buying yet. My phone is android 7.  Thank you so much for your help!!
