Sellers photos cannot be enlarged when viewing listings

Recent problem with enlarging photos of sellers listings…will not purchase photos if I cannot see quality and condition clearly. Clearly this will impact sales.

Re: Sellers photos cannot be enlarged when viewing listings

Photos need to meet a certain size requirement for the zoom function to kick in. If the seller's pics did not meet that requirement then they will not zoom.

If you want to post the item # @carmelmound then we can check and see if this is a seller/photo issue or if it's an eBay issue.

Re: Sellers photos cannot be enlarged when viewing listings

I noticed starting yesterday - 7/8/22 - that no photos, whether from other sellers or my own, will enlarge when you hover over them when looking at any auction.  They must have taken this feature away or there is a glitch/upgrading the system.  It is very frustrating not being able to zoom in and see more details and will most likely hurt sales.

Re: Sellers photos cannot be enlarged when viewing listings

I opened one of your item listings at random and the hover zoom feature worked for me using Firefox.

If you are not seeing any zoomed images when hovering your cursor over a large enough image, try another browser as a test. There may be an issue with your original browser. It might be worth restarting your browser or your computer if you have not done so in a while. Sometimes a pending update or a memory leak can cause resource issues, and a restart can often shake things loose.
