Sellers not receiving my messages.

As a buyer, I'm unable to make purchases without communication.

I've sent several messages to different sellers these years (via Contact Seller/ Ask seller a question on eBay), but never got reply from sellers. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER

And now I'm 100% ensure that the seller didn't get my message.

I've also reported this issue to eBay support more than 3 times but didn't help which is why I'm posting here.

Now I have only one way to communicate with the seller is to make a lower offer and attach my question. That's really BAD, BAD, BAD

You are sure these seller sell to Chna? If they dont..you are blocked.

Yes, I'm sure that these seller ships to China.

The questions I often ask is whether it works 100%. or can you provide more detailed pictures? etc.

After the purchase, if the seller contacted me first, then there is no problem to communication with the seller. I have also asked these sellers whether they have received my message before purchasing and their anser is "no"

If the seller did not contact me after the purchase or I asked the seller before purchasing, there will be no reply.

That doesn't prove that the sellers aren't getting your messages. One of the responders asked you to send them a question, as a test. Are you going to do that?

sorry, I forgot it, I just sent a message to him a minute ago.

I got both messages...........thru private messages that are visible only on the community boards.  I didn't snap to that until after I answered you......

What you need to do is go to one of my listings and look at Contact seller in upper right....click on that and send the message.  THAT message will be in my ebay messages and I will get a notification via the bell that I have a message.....

You can also message from the feedback page and I will send you one from there.. using contact member on the upper right. 

 Don't answer mine, but try to send me one from the listing or the feedback page.......and let's see if that works......  I will probably not answer til the morning as am on my way to bed......

I've gotten NO messages thru Ebay messaging.....

I don't ship to China, but have gotten international questions in the past.......As far as I can see, I have no blocks on messages. 

So there does seem to be a problem........I will try to contact an Ebay employee for help:
