Sellers - check your Dashboard for Tracking Upload Metrics for 5/30 and 5/31 errors

There are several threads about this known eBay glitch affecting many seller's accounts.  Apparently the postal holiday on 5/31 was not "recognized" by the eBay software and many accounts are showing no tracking uploaded or not on time for sales on 5/30 and 5/31.  If you haven't, check your Dashboard.  If this affects you, go to the eBay for Business Facebook page  https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness  and use the Send Message link and tell that team.  They will reply and get your account added to the ever-growing list.   Unless they fix it before the 6/20 evaluation many of us will be severely affected.

Hi @myhomeschooldelights - thanks for raising awareness on this! I'm seeing reports from members on other threads that their dashboards are updating and displaying correctly now (but I haven't yet gotten confirmation that the issue is completely resolved).

There's a notice when you when you click into Regions on the overview page......

 

A technical issue is causing your projected seller level and metrics to display incorrectly in multiple regions. We're aware of this issue and are working to fix it as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

so they know and are working on it......

Thanks - I hadn't looked on that message board.  I knew they were aware and working on it, but it is always reassuring to actually SEE an official announcement, so I appreciate your reply.     I still think that being sure your own account is added to the ticket is a good idea and that is easily done by sending a message through the eBay for Business FB page.

I have a notice right on my seller dashboard.

 

Have read the other dozen threads on this, but doesn't help me because I do not do facebook.

 

At the moment, due to the amount of sales that I had for the "eBay coding botch job for that day" (love the way they call it a technical glitch), I am not in jeopardy come the 20th,  but could have problems in a 3 month eval.

 

Some early threads report that there was a refusal to take action unless the "glitch" was actually presently harming the account, as in already increased fees, or such.

Hi - I don't "do" Facebook either actually, but I have found that using their business page is the ONLY way I can get an intelligent, fast response from Ebay and they actually take appropriate action.   Last time I checked my Dashboard (yesterday) there was no announcement on it about this, so I am off to look again now.  Thank you for mentioning it.
