i just saw my photos being used on scammer sites . I’m trying to bring this to eBay’s attention.

eBay's not going to do anything about someone using your photos on third party websites. If you own the photos you'll have to pursue that externally.

there is not much ebay can do for you. I actually am short of any advice on this predicament....
