Seller view of item traffic

For a couple months now there have been IT issues with eBay site. All of a sudden items that had several  buyer views and watchers showed as "Zero". It is very unnerving to know if your items are even being seen anymore. I called Customer Service, was told they are aware of the problem and working on it. She said they can see it in their system, I (the Seller) just cannot see it on my end. IT needs to be evaluated, they are doing a poor job. WHEN will this be fixed?? I am losing confidence in doing business through eBay!

eBay has recently changed the way that views are counted and  displayed on your selling page.

Some things that previously counted as views, such as the listing being crawled by a bot, no longer count. The count may now represent the last 30 days by default (but that can be changed). Some old views from before the transition to the new system may not have been correctly counted under the new system.
