Seller fees

Hi, is anyone else having problems trying to make a one time payment on their seller fees? I've tried for the last couple of days and it won't let me pick any of the payment options. Wondering if it's my system that corrupted or is it an eBay issue?

Hi, YES, all 5 of my accounts would not let me pay. I called E-bay for help.
