Cannot list an item, cannot delete drafts, cannot search active listings, and more. Has Ebay quit supporting chromebook?

Are you using a browser or the eBay app?
Try using a browser (or another browser).
If eBay browser links are automatically opening in the app, you may need to disable that.
The last time I used a Chromebook, the following worked to change the default app behavior:
Open Chromebook Settings, scroll down to Google Play Store and select it. Select "Manage Android Preferences". From there go to Apps: eBay: Open by default: Open supported links and choose: "Don't open in this app". Then back out of the settings and you should be all set.
Or else, open Chromebook Settings, and select Apps. Select "Manage your Apps". From there go to eBay: More Settings: Advanced: Open by default: Open supported links: "Don't open in this app".

Don't see anything about Apps in Chromebook Settings.

Not even under Google Play Store: Manage Settings?
It is entirely possible things have changed since last I checked; I have a very old Chromebook.
Possibly something here might help:

I have looked at Chromebook settings several times. There is nothing about "apps."

Perhaps the name has been changed to something else, like "programs" or "applications".
Somewhere in your Chromebook's device Settings menu there should be a list of all the programs installed. It may be under "Google Play Store" or "Android Preferences" or something similar.
Basically you are looking for the settings for all the software applications installed on your Chromebook, so you can find the eBay app among those and change the settings that cause the eBay app to automatically open when you use an eBay item link in your browser.
