VOIDING SHIPPING LABELS

Customer Service's instruction on how to void a shipping label does not give the option to void. Seems as though it's been suspended for whatever reason.  It gives the option to reprint, purchase a new label, or print a packing list and nothing else.  So I guess Ebay gets to keep the money I paid for shipping labels too, when I am entitled to a refund or credit.   So is there a glitch?  Seems there's never a glitch when it comes to Ebay taking money.

What type of label is it @vhs197318?

UPS, FedEx and eBay International Standard Delivery are not charged until the labels are used so there is nothing to void.

eBay Standard Envelope labels cannot be voided once printed.

Unused USPS labels can be voided on this page, but only for 5 days. If it's past 5 days you're out of luck.

I just viewed your recently sold listings which are mostly low cost coins that I assume you're shipping with ESE. You mentioned above you have the option to "reprint" which means you already printed the label. As a result, you will not be able to void the ESE label. Read more here.

It was the standard envelope type of label.  Not that $.53 is a big deal, but if it had been an expensive label 

it would have been a big deal.  It was just frustrating. Nowhere had I read that about a standard label but now I know. Thank you so much for replying with the info you've given me. You've answered my question. Now I won't have to rack my brain if it happens again. LOL

I went to this page and it still will not let me void my label. It says they are having technical difficulties.
