Searching sellers other items is missing options

When I search seller's items, it opens in gallery view with no option for list view.I personally hate gallery view.

When I click on the category tab , I now get a drop down menu with only the main categories, after choosing one, that's it, no other options for sub categories. Major problem when searching large sellers.

If I want to search a specific key word for the seller, there is now a separate search box which has no search button to click on. This is a problem be cause most of the time I'm only using my wireless mouse and c&p the words in the new search bar, but since their is no search button to click with my cursor I have to go over to where the keyboard is just to press enter. Often times I'm in bed and the keyboard is not near me so I end up just abandoning item searches I'm interested in buying.

Scroll to the bottom of that page and you should see an option to "See all" that provides a view you are more familiar with and can more easily customize.

Nope, it only shows me more categories.

It's not the normal menu, the sidebar with categories only shows up when I click on the the category tab with the 3 lines. I'm also familiar with the "See All" tab you mentioned but this is totally different

When I open a listing from a seller with a store, click on the "seller's other items" link under seller info, I am directed to a store-like gallery page. From there if I scroll to the bottom of the page, I see a "See all" link that takes me to a list view of the seller's items with an option to switch between list or gallery view.

It is possible you are seeing something different -- eBay may be testing a new design or rolling out new pages to different users in stages.

As an alternative, try going to the seller's feedback page and using the "view items for sale" link to see the standard search results page which should be in your chosen default format.

Ok, yes I see that now. I don't know why they add extra steps. IMO that first page is useless.

But, I still stuck with that new separate search bar for the sellers items, is their anyway they can add the search button back to click with my mouse? Using enter is really inconvenient for me.

That's why I only use firefox, because edge and chrome don't have it in their search bars
