Searches are not downloading

Anytime that I try to search for items on Ebay, nothing comes up and all I get is the rotating blue circle. Is ebay having issues?

Searches seem to be working for me at the moment.

Are you using the eBay app? Make sure you have the latest version for your operating system. Try signing out of eBay and restarting your eBay app, or your device.

If you cannot search using the eBay app, try using a browser instead.

I restarted my phone, Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still cannot use the app. I think the whole problem started with the most current S21+ phone update.
