Hello, is anybody else having issues with their sale/promotion? As of this Friday, we have added/listed several new items but the discount of the promotion is not being reflected on any of those items. Please share thoughts/hacks. Thank you!
Check that you set the checkbox to include newly listed items in the sale. Once that is done it often takes several hours to overnight for the bots to pick up your new listings and include them. If that does not help, then please give more details about item numbers or promo type you are having trouble with.
