Says cannot find transaction for Feedback on Item Delivered Nov 6th 2023

I tried to leave feedback for seller and the feedback button is there and less than 60days since delivery but says cannot find transaction. I see transaction in my purchase history etc. I tried link directly from order page detils also same message???

Ebay makes it very difficult to communicate issue not alone resolve anything with this unless your questions or issues are in their pre FAQ

No support email that I could find to send issue to????

You have up to 60 days to leave feedback, from the actual delivery date or the estimated delivery date, whichever is earliest.

If you can't find the transaction to leave feedback that means that it's too late. The estimated delivery date must be more than 60 days ago.

No it showed the Feedback Link  but when clicked on said transaction not found but could see from order details but said same. I have been on Ebay since they started first year was with someone on a shared account then got mine a little over  a year later. I have never ran into this. If it's not eligible for feedback it usually has the feedback link gone also but in this case it did not and was like only 50 days after delivery.

Problem is nowadays can not connect with an Ebay agent etc 😞

It is possible that eBay removed the item for some policy violation.  Can you give us a hint as to what you bought?
