Saved Search emailing duplicates, triplicates and quadruplicates?

Shortly after midnight I received a very early small list of emails from my saved searches which totaled about 25.

At about 4:00am+ I looked at email again and there were 236 saved search emails.  Seems all of them were duplicates, of 2, 4, 5 or more from the same saved search item.  Some had the same items, others did not.

It's as if someone had opened the flood gates....

I clicked on one link, and when it opened at eBay it was stated the item sold on May 25th, 2025.

Was this a glitch which I only saw or did this happen to others this morning 05/29/2025?

I just completed deleting a ton of eBay generated emails that were already closed in the past 3-4 days to my regular email account, (not eBay internal messages).

It looks like eBay regurgitated and resent old emails, who knows what happened but there was pages of them.

so, it must have happened to others.

A few more continued to trickle through, but as of this morning it seems to be back to normal....
