Sales not posting to Seller Hub / Orders, despite normal PayPal processing (7.10.18am)

Not showing new orders as of 7-10-18am, despite normal PayPal processing. No order emails from eBay per same, PayPal notifications only.

Update: Lag time was almost 45 minutes between PayPal notification (received immediate at time of order) and eBay seller hub/email notification. We tested on two platforms and comm links, same results (i.e. long delay in eBay system update of sale).

Hi everyone!

PayPal suffered impact to multiple products today, including their checkout.  This resulted in some items not appearing in the Sold section on eBay. Our system typically reprocesses these types of checkouts within an hour, which will put the transaction in the Sold section on eBay. PayPal resolved this on their end about an hour ago, so if anyone is still missing sold data, our advice is to wait a little while longer to see if the sale appears. If it doesn't appear soon, you'll need to contact eBay Customer Service for help.

Earlier today (7.14.18pm) no email notice of sale received from eBay; the email option in settings had been somehow clicked off -- where we had made no such change in the account. We reset this feature to active.
