Every tracking number has been uploaded at time of label printing
(immediate) -- yet the Dashboard now shows otherwise, by huge numbers.
Anyone else seeing this? It impacts rating, badly and incorrectly.

Understood, thanks. It is a systemic error by eBay duplicating store
entity information in unapproved international locations, apparently a
recent bug but in any event it needs to be fixed as it misguides browser
users, to basically a dead end.
What people are seeing unfortunately is a non-US URL in major search
engine results going to an eBay domain not approved to post our content
since we don't ship overseas. We're a US online retailer. Any other
static results on eBay other than to our ...
We don't ship internationally. It violates agreements of market segments
with some brands and distributors that have other authorized retailers
overseas.
Suggestion (that should work): Get the Opera web browser, which has an
easy to use VPN mode (right-click VPN logo next to URL box), that seems
to de-conflict or bypass whatever USPS server problems they're having
